Sticking to the Plan

We introspect, we realize, we make amends, we plan, we fail, we give up, we retry and so on goes on with many of our tasks or activities. None plan to fail. But one often deviates/distracts from the plan, sometimes intentional, but most times unintentional. Sticking to a plan is a tough task. It has turned into a daunting task over the last few decades due to the information explosion which added lot of distractions to our mind all the time. However, sticking to a plan could be achieved and it only comes with practice.
Paper/Notepad, Reminder App, strong and disciplined mindset are few key components for achieving the objective of sticking to a plan. Consistency is success. If you consistently try, any/many things are achievable. So is the case with Sticking to the Plan.
Coming to the components, Paper/Notepad is to write your tasks as part of the plan. Reminder is to remind that you are on a plan. One needs a disciplined mindset to come back to the plan once we realize that we have deviated. We have to do timely reviews daily, weekly to check if the plan is on and if plan is worth it etc.
